Job Description
Transguard Group is currently recruiting for an Employee Welfare & Relations Coordinator for their trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai who will be responsible to ensure that all ESS or Welfare related issues raised by the employees are either resolved or escalated to the HR Manager for discussion and resolution. This is a mid level full time role. For this role the salary ranges from 6000 AED to 12000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.
Duties of Employee Welfare & Relations Coordinator
- Ensure that employee grievances communicated in-person or through the ESP are addressed with the utmost professionalism and impartiality in a timely manner.
- Timely submit of one-on-one report i.e., before 10th of every month.
- Verify documents not limited to medical documents.
- Stay updated on the latest labor laws and regulations in the UAE to ensure compliance.
- Effective communication skills to update Managers at all levels.
Eligibility Requirements for An Employee Welfare & Relations Coordinator
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in relevant field.
