Job Description

Dubai-based interior solutions company Mindtree Interiors LLC is currently hiring a qualified electrician to join its team. This is a very timely opportunity that provides a monthly salary between AED 1,500 and AED 2,100. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working as an electrician in villas, apartments, or commercial properties in the UAE. Regulations and expertise in DB (distribution board) dressing with DEWA (Dubai Power and Water Authority) are required. Candidates should have a strong understanding of recognized electrical technical qualifications and safety and regulations. This role is best suited for reliable professionals who are emotional about electrical work and are ready to contribute to advanced projects.

Job Title

Electrician.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in villas, apartments, and commercial places.
  • Make sure all electrical businesses are in accordance with DEWA standards and safety rules.
  • Diagnoses electrical problems when using appropriate test units and provides timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure even integration of electrical components in general design.
  • Maintain security procedures and report any risky or deficient businesses.
  • To ensure that all systems work as they must, ensure that all systems work properly.
  • Maintain hygiene and order in work areas and follow the website guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

Certified technician or diploma holder in the electrical or related domain.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of electrical work experience in the UAE, preferably in residential and commercial projects.

Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of DEWA regulations
  • Strong understanding of DB (Distribution Board) dressing
  • Ability to read and interpret the blueprint and the electrical design
  • Employed in the use of hand equipment, test equipment, and safety equipment
  • Activated in error findings and electrical diagnostics
  • Ability to work freely and manage time effectively

Knowledge

  • UAE safety and electrical compliance standards.
  • Circuit design and load calculation.
  • Power distribution systems.
  • Installation of lighting and control systems.
  • Building electrical infrastructure.
  • Troubleshooting and repairs.
