Scope of Work of An Electrical Engineer

Installation & commissioning electrical engineer, with a minimum of 3 years Amphion and NOV software experience is leader in trouble shooting and resolving equipment, systems and process problems.

Your Job Duties As An Electrical Engineer (Installation & Commissioning) At National Oilwell Varco Dubai (UAE)

• Read and understand electrical schematics.
• Provide oversight work groups performing check out and startup on newly or modified existing equipment and systems.
• Perform other duties as directed in support of any project activities.
• Familiar with industrial instrumentation and mechanical equipment and controls.
• Perform and oversees the preparation of test packages for electrical check out, instrument calibration and other verification records.
• Able to trouble shoot NOV power and controls systems over AC/DC rigs.
• Able to install and trouble shoot NOV Amphion system and ABB drive para meters.
• Prepare commissioning procedures.
• Perform any other tasks as asked by senior authority in relation to your job role.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

• 5 plus years of working experience over AC Rig Systems.
• Minimum of 3 years Amphion and NOV software experience.
