Ecommerce Site Merchandising Trainee Chalhoub Group Dubai

As an Ecommerce Trainee specializing in Site Merchandising at Jacquemus (flagship brand linked to Chalhoub Group), candidate will work closely with the Senior Site Merchandiser to ensure an engaging and seamless online shopping experience for our customers. Candidates’ responsibilities will include supporting in executing site merchandising strategies, analyzing website search trends, preparing landing pages based on customer behavior and optimizing the visual merchandising (VM) of the website. Additionally, job holder will assist in coordinating with various teams for project management and ensuring the synchronization of initiatives across key points of the e-commerce platform. Responsibilities of Ecommerce Site Merchandising Trainee

• Assist the Senior Site Merchandiser in analyzing website search trends & customer behavior to curate looks.
• Prepare landing pages reflecting current trends.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the synchronization of initiatives across various e-commerce projects.
• Support in executing site merchandising strategies to enhance the online shopping experience.
• Work on optimizing the visual merchandising (VM) of the website to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of initiatives across all key points of the e-commerce platform.

Requirements for Role of Ecommerce Site Merchandising Trainee

• An Associate degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior design, graphic design or in related fields.
• Previous internship or 1 year experience in an e-commerce environment is preferred, Fresh candidates can also apply.
• Emirati.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Background in digital marketing ,e-commerce, or computer science with a good understanding of online consumer behavior.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn and grow in the e-commerce industry.
