Ecommerce Manager Jumbo Group Dubai

Jumbo Group is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to oversee their online sales and presence in Khalid Bin Al Waleed Road Near Maktoum Bridge, Karama, Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and a track record of driving online revenue growth. They will be responsible for managing their online store, optimizing the customer journey, and implementing strategies to increase conversion rates and customer retention. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 13000-27000 AED/month.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for working along with Principal, Sales & Category Teams to understand forecast and create offers for Ecommerce business.
• Prioritizing business and margins based annual bottom line performance.
• Responsible for price & offer update and develop virtual kits on the system.
• Managing inventory and supporting logistics team to manage stock movements.
• Planning product listing for Partner Sites – marketplaces & developing new catalogues.
• Responsible for managing principal brand relationships and requirements and develop joint promotions.
• Generate and negotiate branding income from category teams.
• Consistently presenting business ideas and promotion across categories.
• Developing and sourcing partners, corporates to bring in fresh promotions and new traffic.
• Responsible for regular weekly and monthly reporting on product wise and category wise performance.
• Presenting promotion and key offers in line with competition pricing and campaigns.
• Presenting updates on catalogue listing.
• Presenting monthly business and product insights based visa vis store performance / market place / site / competition (GFK/IDC Data).
• Measuring impact of marketing based on campaigns executed with marketing.

Requirements for Role of Ecommerce Manager

• Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized university.
• 3-6 years of experience in Ecommerce from large or medium business organization.
