Job Description
Chalhoub Group has been a partner and creator of luxury experiences in the Middle East. The Group, in its endeavour to excel as a hybrid retailer, has reinforced its distribution and marketing services with a portfolio of eight owned brands and over 300 international brands in the luxury, beauty, fashion, and art de vivre categories. More recently, the Group expanded its expertise into new categories of luxury watches, jewellery, and eyewear. Currently they are looking to hire a Ecommerce Concessions Trainee in Dubai.
Responsibilities of Ecommerce Concessions Trainee
- The Ecommerce concessions team is responsible for managing external brands, each treated differently due to their commercial nature. The core responsibilities include:
- Support in maintaining and strengthening concessions relationships through effective communications, reporting and problem solving
- Support in handling communications and follow ups to concession brands on performance and projects in the pipeline
- Effectively analyze data and draw actionable insights to be communicated to wider teams internally and externally
- Plan and deliver end to end campaigns with the help of content and performance marketing teams, including post campaign reporting
- Work cross functionally with studio and catalogue teams to ensure products are shot and online, the visual merchandising team to optimize the way the products are displayed and the marketing and content teams to push for specific brands
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Education: Graduate in Marketing, Ecommerce, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce, retail, or digital marketing.
- Confident and outspoken – Comfortable speaking up and engaging with others
- Well-presented – Essential for external interactions with top-tier brands
- Strong multitasker – Able to juggle multiple responsibilities as the role is very diverse
- Highly organized and structured
- Analytical mindset – For Data analysis and actionable insights
- Experienced – A strong plus, regardless of industry background
