E Retailing Specialist Nestle UAE

Nestle is looking to hire an E Retailing Specialist for Nespresso in Dubai. The Role is responsible to plan and execute commercial activities on e-Retailing platforms to grow the online business outside of Nespresso Website working very closely with our OMNI B2C Trade Commercial Manager & his team. Duties of E Retailing Specialist

• Assist the UAE Market B2C Commercial Trade Manager & E-Commerce Manager in designing and executing the yearly content and commercial plan for all eRetailers.
• Cooperate with local and HQ eBusiness teams including campaigns integration and features implementation.
• Contribute to Define, Plan and Activate all commercial and promotional activities on the UAE Market trade  like Amazon and Instashop Platforms.
• Manage and optimize the Nespresso visibility in Amazon, Instashop by understanding E-retailer partners merchandizing tool, shopper path to purchase and by designing the best activation scheme accordingly.
• Cooperate with the relevant teams in Head Quarters, in the MEA Region and in the UAE Market and with local operation partners.
• Ensure availability of the latest content and products according to Nespresso’s global and local campaigns plan.
• Support all other UAE Market departments to implement their projects that have an online dimension impacting the trade partners website.
• Set Up and Manage Operations on Market Place digital boutiques.
• Monitor digital KPIs with a strong focus on customer journey and behaviors.
• Monitor customer feedback on digital boutiques in marketplaces from all available sources.
• Build Insights on Online Customer Journey and turn them into actions from campaign initiative and merchandising optimizations to maximize channel performance.
• Optimize digital channels backend performance with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor external, site centric and CRC indicators to report and consolidate digital KPIs.
• Cooperate with internal stakeholders to optimize the orders’ manual validation process if needeed.
• Actively participate in UAE Market Sales Operations and eRetailers meetings to provide inputs and recommendations on existing activity ROI.
• Participate in the roll-out of new personalized user experience features in cooperation with CRM and EBusiness team.

Qualification Required For Role of E Retailing Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines.
• 2 years’ experience in eCommerce platforms operations management (experience with [eRetailer] platforms is preferred).

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Good knowledge of local eCommerce environment.
•  Knowledge of Omni-channel business management would be a plus.
• Good analytical skills performing sales figures analysis.
• Google Analytics Certification is a plus.
• Accuracy, reliability & vigilant attention to detail.
•  Detailed minded & Project oriented.
• Quick learner, good interpersonal & communication skills to deal with different stakeholders including local and headquarters.
• Excellent organizational and Organizational skills.
•  Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
