Job Description

NAFFCO presently has a job opening for suitably qualified candidate for position of a Dubai VISA PRO in Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street, Dubai, AE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 3000-4000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process. Responsibilities of Dubai VISA PRO

  • Manage the complete visa application process, ensuring adherence to UAE immigration laws and regulations.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and government authorities to facilitate smooth visa approvals.
  • Conduct thorough documentation checks to avoid delays and ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Provide timely updates to employees regarding their visa status and any potential issues.
  • Stay informed about changes in immigration policies and advise the company on necessary adaptations.
  • Coordinate with HR and department heads to streamline onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Handle any visa-related grievances or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and renewals in a structured database.
  • Submission of Documents to MOHRE, Tawjeeh and Tasheel.
  • Typing Documents from Tasheel, Typing Center and VFS applications.

Requirements for Role of Dubai VISA PRO

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in visa processing within the UAE.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Knowledge of UAE immigration laws and labor regulations is essential.
  • Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset to navigate complex immigration scenarios.
