Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on driving lessons to students with varying levels of experience
  • Explain UAE road rules and safety practices in a clear and simple way
  • Prepare students for both theory and practical driving exams
  • Monitor student progress and offer constructive feedback
  • Maintain training vehicles and report any issues
  • Handle student concerns calmly and professionally
  • Keep accurate training logs and documentation
  • Follow traffic laws during instruction at all times

Requirements and Qualifications

Education and License

  • High school certificate or equivalent
  • Valid UAE light vehicle driving license (held for minimum 5 years)

Experience and Skills

  • Good command of English (speaking Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, or Urdu is a plus)
  • Previous driving instruction experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, calm, and encouraging teaching approach
  • Familiar with traffic rules and driving conditions in Abu Dhabi
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed

Other Requirements

  • Must be 25 years of age or older
  • Clean driving record with no major violations
  • Ability to manage different learning speeds and personalities
