Job Description

The Personal Driver to the Founder of XBD Collective is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs for business and personal commitments. The role involves managing vehicle maintenance, running errands, adhering to road safety regulations, and maintaining confidentiality. The driver also supports administrative tasks, coordinates with staff for scheduling, and upholds the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities of Driver

  • Transportation & Errands: Safely drive the Founder to meetings, site visits, and personal appointments; run personal errands for the Founder when instructed by her PA, run errands and occasionally transport guests or senior staff.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine checks, ensure regular servicing and cleanliness, maintain vehicle records, and report issues promptly.
  • Sample & Material Delivery: Collect and deliver design samples, materials, and tools between suppliers, clients, and the office.
  • Compliance: Adhere to traffic laws and company policies, maintain trip and expense logs, assist with vehicle documentation and renewals and ensure a valid driver’s license.
  • Event & Travel Coordination: Support travel logistics, including airport transfers and event participation, and assist during site visits.
  • Administrative Support: Help with loading/unloading items, manage travel schedules, perform light office or personal tasks, and serve as company driver when needed.
  • Professional Conduct: Uphold confidentiality, discreet handling of confidential information, flexibility with hours, and maintain a professional, courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Miscellaneous Duties: Transport the Founder’s daughter to and from school, assist with the house assistant’s transportation, and support outside regular hours when needed.
