Responsibilities

  • Transport employees for meetings, appointments and other destinations as needed.
  • Raise and distribute documents, packages or materials to different company departments.
  • Keep cleanliness and proper function of the assigned vehicle.
  • Make sure all driving activities are in accordance with the UAE traffic laws and security standards for the company.
  • Provide humble and professional service while maintaining privacy.
  • Answers to unexpected driving -related problems immediately and peacefully.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

No formal education required.

Experience

Previous driving experience preferred, minimum 1 to 2 years.

License

Valid UAE driver’s license (light vehicle) with a clean driving record.

Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations
  • Good organizational and route planning ability
  • Polite and professional communication
  • Attention to detail and vehicle upkeep
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules
  • Discretion when handling sensitive tasks

Knowledge

  • Vehicle maintenance and daily inspection routines.
