Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana Abu Dhabi is currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Driver Human Resources. As a job holder you are responsible to meet and provide assistance to colleagues in any driving related duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities of Driver
- Drive a company-owned bus, providing safe and efficient driving in a responsible and considerate manner.
- Perform routine vehicle inspection and daily maintenance including checking the oil, fuel, brakes, lights, windshield wipers, water, and tires pressure.
- Maintain records of work performed; make timely reports of accidents, and unusual occurrences.
- Make sure you conduct an effective handover by gathering information from the earlier shift.
- Forward all colleagues’ complaints or problems to the Human Resources Manager.
- Perform any trips and drive with the hotel car / bus as requested.
- Ensure that the colleagues are driven safely to their respective destinations.
Requirements of Driver
- You should ideally have a vocational training in the hospitality field.
- You need to be a holder of a valid local Driving License and be well versed with the country traffic laws.
- 2+ years previous experience in the Transportation field.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- The ideal candidate will be a presentable, young minded individual with an outgoing and friendly attitude.
- You are an extremely proactive and ‘switched on’ person with a hands-on and flexible approach and be able to adapt to unpredictable events.
- You are reliable and will thrive working in a busy environment and stay calm under pressure.
