Galadari Brothers Group is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Draftsman to join their team. Responsibilities of Draftsman
- Develop and review technical designs and engineering drawings for construction projects, encompassing Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to gather essential project data.
- Provide technical support to project teams, addressing design-related issues and RFIs promptly and effectively.
- Evaluate alternative design solutions and recommend optimizations to enhance project efficiency and performance.
- Maintain proficiency in relevant codes, standards, and regulations applicable to construction projects in Dubai.
- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software proficiently to create and modify designs as required.
Requirements of Draftsman
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Technical and Design Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s construction codes, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
