Responsibilities of Doorman

• The Doorman is responsible to ensure the smooth arrival and departure experience for guests, while maintaining the highest level of service standards.
• You will be responsible for creating Joy for Guests through anticipation, creativity, precision, empathy, warmth, tailoring every aspect of their stay to exceed their expectations.

Requirements of Doorman

• Secondary School Education.
• 2 years experience in a similar position in a luxury 5 star hotel.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude, willing to assist guests with their needs and inquiries.
• Team player with excellent planning and organizing skills.
