The salary for this role ranges from 3000 AED to 8000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Door System Technician

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance procedures for EMSD products.
• Industrial Doors, Sectional, Garage, High-Speed, and Fire-Rated Doors.
• Loading Dock levellers, Dock Shelters, and Dock Accessories.
• Scissor Lift tables, Ramps, and accessories.
• Diagnose and recommend corrective actions for Mechanical Parts and electrical panels.
• Programming and / or Re-programming of remotes control handsets according to Installed System.
• Install newly supplied EMSD products.
• Industrial Doors; Sectional, Garage, High-Speed, and Fire-Rated Doors.
• Loading Dock levellers, Dock Shelters, and Dock Accessories.
• Scissor Lift tables, Ramps, Gates, and protection accessories.
• Complete Tasks assigned to him from line manager and submit timely Reports and feedback.
• Follow guidelines and develop positive health and safety environment onsite.
• Tracing faults and troubleshooting the Root-Cause for malfunction of control Systems according to product range.

Elgibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of Door System Technician is as under:

• Qualification in mechanical or electrical or industrial application.
• High School Diploma.
• Trained in electrical principals.
• 3-5 years of experience in similar field.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Good English language command with ability to communicate written and oral.
• Basic computer and MS office skills.
• Experience in corporate environment would be an advantage.
• Driving license is essential.
