Responsibilities of DOH Notification Clerk

• Set, monitor and achieve personal performance goals.
• Maintain high standard of patient confidentiality at all times.
• Collect data from the paper/electronic medical records and enter it in the DOH notification system.
• Ensure the data reported to the e-notification system are accurate, complete and within the time period.
• Perform quality and compliance checks on the notification reports.
• Collaborate with other departments (physician, nursing team, laboratory, etc.) to ensure documentation are complete and accurate.
• Maintain a register of all notification reports.
• Develop routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications & Experience

Following is the eligibility criteria for the role of DOH Notification Clerk at Kanad Hospital:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
