Responsibilities of Document Controller

• Establish and maintain an organized document control system
• Receive, log, and track incoming and outgoing documents
• Ensure proper version control and naming conventions for documents
• Collaborate with various departments to collect, organize, and archive documents
• Implement and enforce document control policies and procedures
• Perform regular audits to ensure document accuracy and completeness
• Provide support during internal and external audits
• Train and assist employees on document control processes
• Generate reports and summaries related to document control activities

Requirements of Document Controller

The eligibility requirements for the role of Document Controller are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field is a plus
• Proven experience of 1 – 2 Years as a Document Controller or in a similar role

• Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
