As Company continue to grow, Company is seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller to manage their documentation processes and ensure the integrity and security of their records.

Responsibilities of Document controller

  • Manage and maintain all company documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and stored securely.
  • Control the distribution of documents and ensure that revisions are managed properly.
  • Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management and recording of all documentation.
  • Ensure that all documentation meets regulatory and quality standards.
  • Provide support for project teams by coordinating the creation, distribution, and review of documents.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents.
  • Track the status of documents and update logs and records accordingly.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits and regulatory submissions.
  • Train staff on document control procedures and ensure compliance across the organization.

Requirements of Document controller

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years as a document controller or in a similar role.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards is a plus.
