Docking Supervisor Emirates Airlines Dubai

Docking Supervisor at Emirates Airlines in Garhoud Area opposite to Airport Terminal 3, Dubai, UAE will support the Docking Officers by supervising the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities to required standard, and within the designated time constraints in support of aircraft maintenance tasks. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-9000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Docking Supervisor

• Train all inhouse Docking programs (induction, training and recurrent training) to staff to ensure they are conversant with all systems, their maintenance and operation for smooth and efficient delivery of service and product.
• Conduct daily shift briefing to assign teams, scheduled tasks and responsibilities (Job cards) in order to meet the demands of the maintenance operation and dockings own scheduled/unscheduled maintenance requirements.
• Carry out and/or assist the third party teams (EXCEL, REEL, DUTEST) to carry out the testing and calibration of docking equipment to ensure it is fully serviceable.
• Supervise through monitor the daily tasking, revising the plan and resources as unscheduled tasks are advised or unplanned breakdown occurs, to ensure the smooth delivery of service and product.
• Inform the docking officer of all issues with regards to work progress, spare parts, consumables, tooling, Equipment defects, Additional access requirements, Staff performance.

Requirements for Role of Docking Supervisor

• 12 Years schooling or equivalent.
• 4+ years experience in docking systems at leader level.
• A valid UAE Drivers license would be preferred.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Must be able to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
• Knowledge of PLCs (Prologic Circuits).
• Knowledge of Siemens electronic systems.
• Safety Sensitive role.
