Dispatch Clerk Alfahim Abu Dhabi

Alfahim is currently looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Dispatch Clerk in Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 5000-7000 AED/month.

Responsibilities

  • Treasury & Finance Documents: Ensure submission of fund transfer letters on daily basis, collect and deliver various facilities related documents, submission of various FX trading documents. Like Forward deals, Spot Deal, Target and Redemptions. Efficiently arrange timely submission of trade Finance documents.
  • Cheque Deposits: Ensure cheque deposits of various rent collections at the prescribed collection time or prior as applicable.
  • Petty Cash: Perform petty cash encashment on daily basis. Conduct daily reconciliation of petty cash in hand to ensure the physical cash balance matches with records.
  • Insurance Documents: Ensure timely collection and submission of various insurance related documents on daily basis like insurance claims, Medical cards, Motor vehicle Insurance and other Insurance related documents.
  • Filing & Documentation: Maintain and manage a document filing system for all department related documents to ensure easy retrieval by the team when required. Retrieve and provide information from files upon requests from authorized users.

Requirements for Role of Dispatch Clerk

  • Secondary School Education Certificate.
  • UAE Driving License+ Knowledge of Abu Dhabi Roads.
  • 2 year of minimum experience in messenger services and/or clerical activities.
