Duties of Director Workforce Planning
- Supports WFP team in the execution of full end-to-end workforce planning engagement, including the facilitation of stakeholder meetings, data analysis, and the creation of compelling presentation to communicate key findings.
- Define metrics along with the SME based on the processes; and propose the manpower required for the current state.
- Perform detailed data “mining” on productivity data to understand root cause and perform analysis.
- Design and conduct complex quantitative & qualitative analyses to identify trends/patterns.
- Creates reports and dashboards on historical data and forecasting results from applicable systems.
- Analyze trends and gather input to accurate forecasting based on various trends (attrition/internal movements etc.).
- Initial review and evaluation of new and replacement FTE position requests prior to such requests proceeding to HR approvals.
- Five or more years of successful forecasting and planning experience, with strong talent management and/or operations background, preferably in a high-demand production environment.
- Detailed understanding of interrelationships between staffing and productivity.
Eligibility Requirements for Role of Director Workforce Planning
