Job Description

Michael Page has an opportunity for Director Strategy to join a well-established leading consultancy firm delivering for clients within multiple sectors around the globe. This is a unique opportunity to work in an industry leading consultancy firm with ability to leverage industry expertise across multiple asset classes. Responsibilities of Director Strategy

  • Formulate and execute strategies through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with senior leadership to plan and deliver the development of strategies that are in line with the client brief, vision and ambition.
  • Collaborate with local, regional and global teams to deliver the projects within the real estate sector.
  • Support and guide the team to encourage individual and collaborative development.
  • Leverage experience within the real estate industry to review strategies and advise key clients.
  • Administer extensive bench marking and analytical reviews within the industry to advise and justify these recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare and oversee reports within the team, including but not limited to financial models, executive presentations, due diligence and market research.
  • Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within the budget.

Requirements of Director Strategy

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering , or a related field.
  • 5-8 years past work experience in consulting firms leading efforts within the real estate division.
  • Proven experience in developing strategies for large-scale assets including but not limited to sectors like hospitality, commercial, residential.

Skills And Abilities Desired

  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and offer consistent support.
  • Clear communication and presentation  skills to manage key stakeholders.
