Director Roads & Transport Authority Dubai

Roads and Transport Authority is presently hiring for the job role of Director Buildings and Facilities in uae. This is a full time job role for All nationalities holder but Priority will be given to UAE National. There is no gender restrictions for this job, both males and females can apply.

Responsibilities of Director

• Complies with RTA applicable HSE rules and procedures and RTA’s quality standards and requirements.
• Ensures to reports all accidents and potential hazards regarding department business promptly.
• Any additional responsibilities as advised by the direct Line Manager or Head of Department.
• Works with directors, managers and sector leaders to develop budgets, schedules and action plans for the various elements of cross functional projects, teams and committees and ensures that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans.
• Manages the process of technical prequalification of consultants, contractors, vendors and service providers as per RTA’s policies and procedures.
• Develops and provides a comprehensive strategic plan, objectives and KPI for all activities, implements projects and ensures that it is done effectively and efficiently as per RTA’s policies and procedure.

Requirements of Director

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with minimum 18 years of working Experience.
