Purpose of A Director Revenue
As the Director of Revenue, play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue streams and ensuring the financial success of property.
Your Job Duties As A Director Revenue At Park Hyatt Hotel Dubai (UAE)
- Develop and execute revenue strategies to drive profitability across all revenue streams, including rooms, food & beverage, SPA and other services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance and demand patterns to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective pricing, distribution and promotional strategies.
- Utilize data driven insights to forecast demand, set pricing and manage inventory to achieve optimal revenue results.
- Implement and maintain revenue management systems and tools.
- Monitor and adjust distribution channels, online travel agencies, and third party partnerships to maximize visibility and revenue potential.
Who Can Apply?
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, economics or a related field.
Experience
- 2 plus years experience in revenue management, with a track record of achieving revenue goals and driving growth.
Knowledge & Skills Desired
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools, as well as hotel property management systems.
- Excellent understanding of market trends.
- Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Familiarity with online distribution channels and pricing structures.
