Director of Subscription Talabat Dubai

Talabat is currently looking for a Director of Subscription to join the team in Dubai who will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Talabat’s subscription program Talabat Pro regionally, working closely with markets to unlock growth & strengthen Talabat Pro’s value proposition. This is a senior level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 20000 AED to 40000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Director of Subscription

• Define overall program strategy and targets, with the support of key local & regional stakeholders.
• Explore & launch levers to strengthen Talabat Pro’s value proposition for both subscribers and vendors.
• Work closely with Product on roadmap planning, new feature launches, and UX/UI optimization.
• Drive program growth, analyzing key performance metrics such as acquisition, retention, churn, engagement, customer & vendor ROI.
• Manage Talabat Pro P&L, ensuring healthy program economics across markets.
• Scale vendor adoption, working closely with Sales teams to onboard & retain vendors onto the program.
• Collaborate with Marketing to streamline Talabat Pro comms & campaigns across markets.
• Launch new markets and design GTM strategy.
• Liaise with Customer Service, Sales, PR, Legal, Finance in case of major tech incidents or bugs.

Elgibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for the role of a Director of Subscription are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. 
• 8-9 years of experience in similar role.

Skills Desired

• Entrepreneurial mindset previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment, managing or owning a P&L.
• Leadership previous experience managing large teams, in a multi-stakeholder role.
• Innovative loves launching & scaling new products or services, and thinks outside the box.
