Responsibilities Of Director of F&B New Luxury

This person will be responsible for:-

• Developing and implementing strategic operational initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all restaurant locations. Oversee the day-to-day operations, including but not limited to, inventory management, staffing, vendor relations, and quality control.
• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing team, including restaurant managers, chefs, and front-of-house staff. Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Maintaining and elevating the quality standards of service, food, and overall guest experience, ensuring consistency and excellence in all operational aspects alongside the Head Chef.
• Collaborating with finance to develop and manage budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability.
• Analyse financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favourable terms to optimise costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience. Implement initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience and loyalty.

Requirements Of Director of F&B New Luxury Opening

• Bachelors degree in hospitality management, hotel management, business administration or any other relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotels or global restaurants.
• Background in luxury hospitality or high end F&B operations is essential.
• Proven experience in pre-opening operations, demonstrating successful establishment of high-end dining establishments or ideally luxury hotels.

Skills And Abilities Desired

• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and maximising profitability.
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial setup with an ambition to grow with the brand.
