Mediclinic is currently seeking an experienced Director Business Applications to join them at their Corporate office in Dubai. This is a recently announced job opportunity with the requisition ID 47119. The role holder will manage and monitor a cross-functional team in maintaining, developing, implementing, and supporting SAP ERP and its associated improvement and development projects, to support and enhance business processes and enable smooth backend operations.

Duties of Director Business Applications

• Provide guidance and management to the SAP team to deliver effective and efficient SAP services and projects.
• Provide effective support and service delivery to business by assessing and analysing user needs and identifying opportunities to enhance existing SAP solutions and/or implement new solutions.
• Manage delivery and service level agreement (SLA) compliance by guiding incident resolution, problem management, maintenance, and enhancement tickets raised by the end users.
• Plan budgets and manage all operations within control expenses.

Role Requirements

Following is the eligibility criteria for the role of Director Business Applications at Mediclinic:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or ICT related field.
• 12+ years’ experience in SAP enterprise and ERP (Finance, Procurement & HCM) application management.
• 6+ years’ experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
