The role holder will manage the planning, designing, construction and controlling of unified fare scheme system operations and ensure that proper Department execution plans are set and reviewed as well as being executed. Responsibilities Of Director Automatic Collection Systems

• Ensure achievement of the quality objectives as set forth in the RTA and the department quality plan.
• Receive, validate, and process all transactions received from service providers.
• Allocate the revenue to the various agencies according to the unified fare rules.
• Participate with the RTA operating agencies (Marine, Rail, Public Buses, Parking, and Roads) and other participating service providers in the development and adoption of a unified fare scheme and setting of policies regarding concessionary fares and discounts for special events.
• Oversee Dubai Unified Fare Scheme through supervision of leadership staff and efficiently uses all resources available toward the achievement of the RTA foundation’s philosophy, mission, strategy, and its long & short terms goals and objectives
• Own and operate the Clearinghouse system, including all activities related to the registration of participants and their devices, transaction validation and processing, and settlement of all revenues, collections, and refunds
• Own and operate the Card Issuing Activities, including purchase, registration, initialization, distribution, replacement, and retirement (disposal) of cards.

Requirements Of Director Automatic Collection Systems

• Minimum:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology from a recognized university,
• Preffered:Master’s degree preferred.
• 12 years of working experience in similar role.
