Job Purpose of A Digitization Manager
- Improve digital servicing covering CRM, Core Banking and other ancillary systems used by Business Banking for seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
- Support with creation of business requirements document, testing new initiatives prior to launch.
- Liaise with TBS team for deployment of new features to strengthen the online channel offering.
- Support launch and drive adoption of new online services.
- Implementing customer campaigns to migrate customers from physical to digital channels.
- Increasing adoption of Business Online among existing and new customers.
- Track implementation of key projects, provide regular updates to senior management.
- Streamline existing processes to improve digital journeys.
Duties of A Digitization Manager
- Support with launching campaigns for digital adoption and migration from physical to digital channels.
- Identify customers using traditional channels & move them to online channels for day-to-day transactions.
- Work with key stakeholders to create digital journeys for services.
- Improve usage of CRM services by BUB RMs and service teams.
- Support team with building STP services on channels.
- Ensure training and rollout of new services.
- Work with CRM transformation team for rolling out new digital journeys for Business Banking clients.
- Work closely with IT on enhancements to existing systems for better delivery of services and rollout of new value proposition ideas e.g., Finacle/RBP configuration.
- Gather requirements and identify service gaps on Business Online for Business Banking clients.
- Work with TBS for all change requests on business online and ensure that development, testing and rollout happens in a smooth and timely fashion.
- Provide adequate inputs & training to the BUB RM’s to manage customer issues.

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
Experience
- 3-5 years of previous experience in relevant field.
