Digital Sales Consultant at Al Masaood will be responsible to  maximize the conversion of opportunities created by digital leads. Leading the digital Engagement Hub (online sales team) to nurture all digital leads through to conversion to enquiry, appointment and sale. Becoming the number 1 source of information for all customers on Nissan products and services. Providing structured feedback on leads to assist ROI and digital marketing optimization.

Responsibilities of Digital Sales Consultant

  • To create and drive traffic into the showroom on a daily basis.
  • Maximize all digital opportunities.
  • Improve branch conversions through consistent lead management.
  • Provide consistent and effective customer interaction developing better connection rates and more opportunities.
  • Improve retention by proactively engaging customers earlier in the repurchase cycle.
  • Increase profitability through process improvement and customer engagement.
  • Measure and manage the daily activity of the Digital Engagement HUB.
  • Providing feedback to the marketing department on lead performance.
  • Working with the marketing department to optimize social media interaction.
  • Live chat with customers on the E-Commerce website.

Requirements for Role of Digital Sales Consultant 

  • Secondary School Education Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 -5 years experience in sales roles.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to accomplish demanding targets.
  • Able to manage complex human relationships and culturally sensitive.
  • Strong understanding of the local and regional market.
  • MS Office skills.
