Job Description

Liwa Trading Enterprises LLC presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a Digital Online Merchandiser in Mina Jebel Ali, Dubai Aid City, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 8000-17000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Digital Online Merchandiser

  • Ensure the website content is updated accurately and on time, including product images, descriptions, and relevant digital tools.
  • Work closely with teams such as Planning, Photography, Product Writing, and Digital Marketing to ensure smooth coordination from initial planning to product launch online.
  • Manage and improve product categorization, filtering, search capabilities, and placement to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Analyze site data and monitor competitor activities to implement best practices in digital merchandising.
  • Perform daily site audits to confirm the accuracy of product listings, promotional offers, and marketing content.
  • Monitor inventory levels for promoted products and adjust merchandising strategies to drive sales accordingly.
  • Collaborate with planners to forecast product demand and identify online sales opportunities based on stock availability and customer behavior trends.
  • Provide on-demand reports to support digital merchandising and trading teams in decision-making. Regularly assess site performance and offer actionable recommendations to achieve and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Foster strong relationships across departments to drive collaboration and collective success.
  • Present weekly merchandising reports and insights to the commercial team.
  • Optimize product availability to ensure customers can access the right stock at the right time.
  • Conduct trend analysis and make data-driven recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of digital merchandising strategies.

Requirements for Role of Digital Online Merchandiser

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2 years experience in Ecommerce Merchandising.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • A tech-savvy individual with excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite and a flair for digital and media trends.
