Lulu Group International is currently seeking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Digital Marketing Executive in Building, Y Tower, Al Nahyan, E25, Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 8000-17000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Executive

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  • Prepare marketing presentations based on the campaigns and seasons.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality multimedia content.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine marketing (SEO).
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (SEM) to maximize ROI.
  • Manage and oversee social media accounts and create strategies to increase engagement and followers.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments, and social media posts.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve overall performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including purchase, store operations, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as necessary.

Requirements for Role of Digital Marketing Executive

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 -5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Professionals with well-known agencies or organizations.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytical platforms (e.g., Appsflyer, Emarsys, Google Analytics).
