Transguard Group presently has a job opening for an eligible candidate for the position of a Digital Experience Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the digital aspects of the Digital Experience, this role involves coordinating content creation, conducting audits of website content, managing updates across various teams and the primary objective is to maintain a seamless and engaging digital experience for users by aligning content with brand standards, ensuring accuracy, and fostering effective collaboration with subject matter experts.
Duties of A Digital Experience Officer
- Review Purchase Request (PR) and Scope of Work (SOW) specifications with requesters and end-users to ensure accuracy and completeness with regards to acquisition and technical applications.
- The position contributes to the company’s digital strategy, ensuring a positive and coherent digital presence aligned with business objectives.
- Lead pre-bid Requirements and prepare and send Invitations to Tender, Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Quotations (RFQ) to vendors, E Sourcing and E Auctions along with Preparing of technical and commercial evaluations.
- Responsible for contractual instruments including Purchase Orders (POs), Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA), Service Maintenance Agreements (SMA) and contracts with all required documents and information for management approval and award.
- Maintain all files and data relating to Tenders, BPAs, and contracts as appropriate.
- Develop new vendors, obtain pricing information, and conduct market surveys for proposal development and management initiatives.
- Responsible for ensuring timely turnaround of approved PR’s into PO (As per fixed SLA’s).
- Assist store team for Maintaining Inventory Levels and Materials on a regular basis.
- Ensure all procurement activity and documentation is compliant with procurements SOP’s.
- Support other employees of the Contracts and Procurement Department in fulfilling their roles.
- Delegate appropriate tasks and responsibilities as required.
- Prepare required documents and coordinate with the Security section to obtain gate pass approval for vendors.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company documents.
- Support procurement audits and be available to assist in all inspections and reviews.
- Develop the use of best practices and tools for execution and management of workload as appropriate.
Requirements for role A Digital Experience Officer
The eligibility requirements for role of Digital Experience Officer are as under:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in relevant field.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Arabic for effective communication and content creation for a bilingual audience.
- Knowledge of web content management systems (CMS) and proficiency in using website analytics tools.
- Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) best practices and current trends.
- Capability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating collaborative work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design principles is considered an additional advantage.
