Job Description
As a Digital & Ecommerce Analyst at Etihad Airways in Ahmed Jumaa Al Za-aabee Building, Al Sharqi Street, opposite Madinat Zayed Shopping Centre, Al Danah, Zone 1, Abu Dhabi, UAE, candidate will play a key role in leveraging digital data to gather actionable insights to maximize digital conversion. This position requires an action – oriented analyst who combines critical thinking with advanced analytical techniques to optimize Digital conversion strategies. Candidate will actively collaborate with the ecommerce team and various other departments to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and conversion improvement models, leverage marketing tools & platforms that increase conversion rates & overall eCommerce Performance. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 7000-15000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Digital & Ecommerce Analyst
- Identify trends using Digital analytics and data from other internal systems to review impact of new projects/initiatives. Implemented on Digital touchpoints and provide recommendation to improve conversion rates and grow direct sales.
- Execute quantitative and qualitative analysis of Digital data & booking trends to proactively deliver booking funnel & self-service business conversion metrics to the leadership team.
- Ideate and create bespoke solutions and dashboards that empower exploratory analysis within the Digital & eCommerce domain.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Martech strategy to enhance Digital & eCommerce capabilities
- Responsible for implementing & optimizing marketing tech to drive business growth
- Implement A/B and multivariate tests.
- Keep up to date with CRO trends and best practices & monitor/ evaluate product performance to facilitate iteration and improvement.
- Partner with cross- functional teams to develop positioning of the digital product and personalized experience.
- Execute quantitative and qualitative analysis of Digital data, booking trends to proactively deliver booking funnel & self-service optimization opportunities and conversion metrics.
Requirements for Role of Digital & Ecommerce Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, E-commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience working in an analytical / Optimization/ Mar Tech role in a Digital & eCommerce environment.
- Proven experience in conversion rate optimization preferably in an eCommerce environment.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Solid understanding of CRO techniques and methodologies, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and funnel analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of tools and platforms such as Google analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Test & Target and Adobe Analytics and other industry leading tools.
- Working knowledge in airline, customer experience and usability is desirable.
- Technical and business operations knowledge with proven ability to drive solutions, based on data analysis and translate insights into concrete actions.
- Recognized as an active team player, with excellent communication and coordination skills as this role requires. Working with multiple teams across the organization.
