Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company is currently seeking a dedicated Digital Brand Manager ( Virgin Mobile) in Dubai.
Job Duties of Digital Brand Manager
- Strategic planning, briefing, project managing/co-ordination and delivery of communication/campaign plans in line with business objectives – across multiple channels, predominantly digital (but not limited to).
- Translating business objectives into communication briefs for teams to execute against.
- Working with the internal teams (i.e., proposition leads, channel owners, content, and creative specialists), external agencies and partners so they can effectively deliver to business briefs – to create and execute compelling communications / campaigns, driving engagement and conversions for Virgin Mobile.
- Digital campaign management: Supporting digital teams (web, app, performance marketing, CVM etc) by creating communications / campaigns to incorporate and deliver as part of their channel strategies and plans.
- Ensure all campaigns meet Virgin Mobile’s brand guidelines (i.e., visual/design and tone of voice guidelines).
- Review and update comms on existing channels and content in development prior to release to ensure it is relevant, accurate and to Virgin quality standards.
- Track and report the impact of the communications / marketing projects you deliver for the business, aligned to business objectives.

Qualification
- Minimum bachelors degree.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital brand/comms related role in a digital business.
- Ability to successfully deliver digital projects in a brand/marketing capacity – across owned, paid and earned media.
