Design Technology Teacher – Regent International School, Dubai
Regent International School in The Greens, Dubai, part of Fortes Education, is recruiting a Design Technology Teacher to deliver DT across secondary year groups. This role suits a creative and practical educator who can inspire students in design and making.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Design Technology across KS3 and KS4
- Deliver practical workshops in resistant materials, textiles, electronics and product design
- Prepare students for GCSE DT examinations
- Maintain workshop equipment and safety standards
- Lead DT enrichment activities and projects
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design Technology, Engineering or related field
- PGCE, QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Minimum 2 years of DT teaching experience
- Strong practical workshop skills
- Knowledge of health and safety in DT environments
Salary and Benefits
- Tax-free salary: AED 10,000 – 16,000 per month
