Design Studio Manager at Mediclinic in Publishing Pavillion, 5th, 6th & 7th Floor, next to City Centre Me’aisem, Dubai Production City, Dubai, UAE will design and deliver compelling creative concepts that communicate Mediclinic’s message of patient care, excellence, and trust in a way that resonates with Mediclinic diverse Middle Eastern audience. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-25000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Design Studio Manager
- Craft a unique and impactful visual language for Mediclinic Middle East across all platforms (print, digital, advertising, internal communications, HTML email campaigns, and website user journeys).
- Translate healthcare messages into clear, engaging visuals that build trust, empathy, and understanding with patients.
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with Mediclinic’s marketing goals, including the development of animations for online media platforms.
- Oversee photoshoots, video shoots, illustrations, graphic design projects, and HTML mailer designs, ensuring the highest quality visuals that represent Mediclinic’s brand standards.
- Manage the copywriters, marketing teams, agencies and other creatives to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
Requirements for Role of Design Studio Manager
- A relevant bachelor’s degree or Diploma in digital social media management.
- At least 5 years’ experience in design creation setting that included team management within the UAE.
- Proven working experience as an Art Director.
- Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design.
