Job Purpose of A Design Draughtsman (Oil & Gas)
To create accurate technical drawings and plans that facilitate the design and implementation of projects.
Your Job Duties As A Design Draughtsman (Oil & Gas) At NAFFCO Dubai, UAE
- Preparation of shop drawing and calculations based on the system / client requirements.
- Checking and cleaning of unwanted layers of incoming drawings.
- Prepare projects shop drawing based on instructions.
- Prepare schematic / isometric drawings.
- To prepare hydraulic calculations as per the instructions.
- To take BOQ after shop drawings.
- Prepare variation statement.
- Prepare transmittal and keep the final drawing in the server.
- Adhere to NAFFCO policies and procedures.
- To adhere to the safety and health regulations.
- To perform any other task related to the Job as and when assigned by the manager.
- To meet the deadlines for the projects dates.
- Improvisation & continuous study on new operating systems.
Who Can Apply?
Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with AutoCAD certificate.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in AutoCAD drafting.
Nationality
- Any nationality.
Knowledge and Skills Desired
- Computer knowledge such as MS Applications & work related software.
- Accurate & neat.
- Logical thinker, effective listener & fast learner.
- Good working experience and speed in AutoCAD operation.
