The role holder will be responsible and overall In-charge of Nursing Services in Hospital. Responsibilities of Deputy Director Nursing

• Responsible for implementing hospital policies amongst various nursing units.
• Carry out regular rounds of the hospital
• Investigate all complaints regarding nursing care and personnel, and take suitable corrective action.
• Periodically interact with clinical heads to discuss problems in patient care and handle with high standard of professional practice.
• Facilitate the incorporation of patient safety and Magnet Principles into clinical nursing care.
• Participate in Clinical nursing research and support Zulekha Hospital’s research initiatives.
• Keep abreast of best practice information for nursing profession.
• Ensure that nursing and clinical practice is in accordance with the mission and strategic plan.
• Lead the Caregiver team in the delivery of patient care collaborating with other disciplines to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

Following is the eligibility criteria for the role of Deputy Director Nursing at Zulekha Hospital:

• BSN/ MSN / Degree in Nursing / M.Sc Nursing.
• 15 Yrs of overall experience and 10 + Years in Leadership role in Reputed Hospitals.
