About the Role

The Dental Lab Technician at Horizon Dental Lab will fabricate, modify, and repair dental prosthetics including crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances. Moreover, the role demands precision craftsmanship, attention to detail, and proficiency with both traditional and CAD/CAM dental fabrication techniques. Additionally, the technician will work closely with dentists to deliver custom dental restorations that meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate dental crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant-supported restorations
• Construct complete and partial dentures from dental impressions and prescriptions
• Operate CAD/CAM systems and milling equipment for digital dental restorations
• Pour and trim dental models and casts from impressions
• Apply ceramic materials and perform porcelain layering for aesthetic restorations
• Coordinate with dentists on case specifications, shade matching, and design requirements
• Maintain quality control standards for all dental prosthetic products
• Manage laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration schedules
• Support inventory management for dental laboratory materials and supplies

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Dental Laboratory Technology from an accredited institution
• Valid DHA license or eligibility for DHA licensing as a Dental Lab Technician
• Minimum 2 years of experience in dental laboratory work
• Proficiency in crown, bridge, and denture fabrication techniques
• Experience with CAD/CAM technology and digital dental workflows is preferred
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
