Responsibilities of Demi Chef De Partie

• Monitoring the section stock to assist the CDP in the order requirement list.
• Ensure to keep the food preparation and serving standards.
• Ensure that the both operate in a timely way that meets company quality standards.
• Assist the CDP to lead and mentor the lower position.
• Perform well in all the section as commis (in order to get promoted).
• Practice problem solving skills under the CDP supervision.
• Monitoring portion and waste control.
• Assisting the CDP to create new items, recipes and developing dishes.

Education & Experience of Demi Chef De Partie

• Culinary diploma.
• 3-6 years experience.

Desired Skills

• Must have all the basics as: receiving, sanitizing and stocking procedure, filleting, de-boning, butchery, ingredients and recipes knowledge, sauces jus and stock process.
• Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work.
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs.
• Good communication skills and team player.
