Job Description

Al Qasimia University is presently accepting applications from suitable candidate for the job role of Dean of Scientific Research & Postgraduate Studies. The selected candidate will be responsible develop and implement a strategic vision for scientific research and postgraduate studies, aligning with the university’s overall goals and national priorities.

Job Requirements of Dean

  • Master Degree in Education
  • Minimum 3 year experience in similar role.
  • Administrative experience in managing the Deanship of Scientific Research and Graduate Studies with a distinguished scientific record.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Extensive knowledge of university classification requirements and the advancement of scientific research.
  • Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in dealing with computerized educational and scientific programs.
  • The ability to deal with multicultural and multinational students.

Salary for Dean

The expected salary for this role is 25000-50000 AED. Exact salary will be decided or negotiated during the interview.
