Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Day Care Assistant to join child care school in Dubai. In this role, you will help support the care and development of children, ensuring a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will be patient, reliable, and enthusiastic about working with young children.

Responsibilities of Day Care Assistant

  • Assist with the supervision of children to ensure their safety at all times.
  • Help with feeding, diapering, and toileting routines as needed.
  • Support nap time routines and daily schedules.
  • Assist in organizing and leading games, crafts, and learning activities to foster creative development.
  • Encourage positive social interaction and emotional growth in children.
  • Help prepare learning materials and maintain a tidy, well-organized play area.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including toys and common areas.
  • Monitor children for signs of illness or injury and report concerns to the supervisor.
  • Ensure proper hygiene and safety practices are consistently followed.

Requirements

  • Must be well conversant with child care routine and procedures.
  • Previous experience in similar work is preferable.
