Purpose of A Datamena Value Proposition Manager
Develop and refine appealing & compelling value propositions for Datamena’s products and services to drive customer growth.
Duties of A Datamena Value Proposition Manager
- Develop datamena value proposition strategy, roadmap and launch new propositions on time with desired customer experience.
- Responsible for defining value proposition, from concept to in market execution. This includes creating a differentiated position, defining the pricing model, creating product narrative and all messaging and working with the brand and creative teams on the execution of the value proposition in market.
- Market and competitor analysis, in-depth knowledge of the market and competitors in which products operate.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) and associated marketing mix based on market and customer research, coordinating with market research team as required.
- Lead business case development for propositions and campaigns, go to market plan, ATL and BTL campaigns.
- Product/service launches.
- Set product revenue targets and drive ‘Go to Market’ activates to achieve them.
- Monitor and influence Sales incentive programs, sales pipeline management, professional services performance and partnership financial performance.
- Monitor and adjust product profitability targets.
- Define and scope the intelligence, research and insight required to aid understanding of customers and their needs.
- Align unit process activities with the du brand in order to deliver excellence to internal and external customers.
- Be a recognized customer advocate within du, helping internal teams deliver improving customer experience.
- Manage new and existing customer relationships.
- Owns & is accountable for documentation and improvement of key departmental processes.
- Provide subject matter expertise to internal teams.
Who Can Apply?
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business /Marketing.
- MBA desirable.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years industry experience of which 4 years of experience in a Marketing /Products role within Enterprise and telecommunication industry.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Demonstrable success in leading and orchestrating virtual teams.
- Expert in defining, launching and managing end to end datamena proposition/solutions and relevant proportions.
- Several years experience in launching B2B positions.
- Experience and understanding of budget management, planning and execution governance.
