As the Data Strategy & Partnerships Lead at Unilever, candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize the value of data assets and establish partnerships to enhance data-driven initiatives within the organization.
Requirements for Role of Data Strategy & Partnerships Lead
- Driving acquisition & scale for first party data in Arabia: Lead enterprise and brand level data acquisition strategies and execution across BGs.
- Work in close partnership with brand teams to develop audience strategies and identify (DAD) data collection opportunities within key upcoming campaigns.
- Craft a strong, aligned activation plan to utilize data at scale to deliver relevant and personalized communication to consumers, optimizing it in real-time across the entire marketing funnel.
- Drive growth and maximize the return on investment (ROI) of digital media through data-driven strategies.
- Regularly monitor and optimize performance of 1P segments in media campaigns.
- DMP and Audience Management: Lead the media agency in executing operational excellence
- Regularly optimize and enhance tagging and trait creation to ensure 100% campaigns including lower funnel campaigns are 100% tagged.
- Create, enrich and lead monthly mapping of traits to new segments and ensure volumes are intact for re-use.
- Leverage Data for Targeted communications: Utilize data at scale to deliver relevant and personalized communication to consumers, optimizing it in real-time across the entire marketing funnel.
- Drive growth and maximize ROAS of digital media through 1P data utilization.
- Regularly track and monitor performance of 1P data in campaigns.
- Plan and execute personalize 1-1 campaigns across priority brands and audience segments.
- Leading Data Partnerships: Drive data sharing from priority retailers and leverage shopper insights. Improve retailer Data maturity in Arabia.
- Work closely with retailers to drive data partnerships by leveraging best use of available and new to market technologies.
- Collaborate with marketing technology partners to create high value always on-data /CRM programs.
Requirements for Role of Data Strategy & Partnerships Lead
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data science, computer science, or a related field.
- 2+ years experience in ad operations, digital media buying, or similar roles within the digital marketing and advertising domain.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Passion for technology and data, with a high level of tech savviness.
- Familiarity with DMPs, ad servers, content verification technologies, DSPs, data partners, and clean rooms.
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with an ability to influence campaign strategies and lead upskilling and coaching programs for peers.
- Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A keen external orientation keeping abreast of new digital and data developments.
