Responsibilities

  • File all early customs flags right on schedule to dodge hold-ups.
  • Double-check bits like HS codes, where goods come from, piece counts, weights, costs, and money types when sending entries.
  • Lodge every clearance via Mirsal 2 or B2G broken down by single lines.
  • Tag loads needing extra care with right ACA flags or bond notes upfront.
  • Pass cleared packs that need okay from regulators to bosses for sign-off checks.
  • Stick close to gateway steps laid out in the GSOP guide and hold firm to all rule sets.
  • Keep logs straight, tweak reports and folders fresh as things shift.
  • Stay sharp as your own teacher, tracking shifts in border laws and shipping flows.
  • Handle tools like DUBAITRADE, DCE, DCC, ACA, CIA, GIA, GDI, and other hub apps.
  • Jump into day or night runs since the crew runs round the clock, every day bar none.
  • Cover shifts on local holidays, trading for time off later or extra pay bumps.
  • Shift spots as needed across zones like JAFZ, DAFZ, SFZ, HFZ, sorting your own ride there.
  • Spot and fix slips in data to keep 100 percent on compliance tracks.
  • Team up with ops folks to match KPIs and net flows for quick clears.
  • Pull quick reports on clearance times and hit rates for higher-ups.

Requirements
