Real Estate industry is currently looking for a detail oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join their real estate team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records, ensuring the seamless flow of information, and supporting the overall efficiency of their real estate operations.
Responsibilities of Data Entry Clerk
- Enter property-related data into the database with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Update and maintain real estate listings, including property descriptions, images, and pricing information.
- Process and organize paperwork related to property transactions.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and other team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct discrepancies in property records.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on real estate data.
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive real estate and client information.
Requirements of Data Entry Clerk
The requirements for the said job are as following.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience of less than 1 year as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
