Responsibilities of Data Entry Clerk
- Enter and update data into computer systems or databases accurately and efficiently.
- Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and detecting errors or discrepancies.
- Compile, sort, and organize data for storage and retrieval purposes.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure integrity and consistency of information.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data security protocols.
- Generate reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.

Requirements of Data Entry Clerk
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
