Siemens Healthineers is currently seeking an Intern – Data Analytics Customer Service Operations to join their global team in Dubai. This role will coordinate normal dispatch of the CSE’s, the appointments with the customer and documentation of all calls/requests that come in from Customers for corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, Application trainings.
Responsibilities of Data Analytics Intern
- Provide support functions for several offices aiding in meeting customers’ needs during critical times to ensure performance demands.
- Drive digitalization and process optimization to improve company’s workflows and interfaces.
- Assist with order processing (creating, tracking, and clarifying orders and deliveries) in order to gain the knowledge required to drive data analytics and digitalization.
- Assist the Customer Care Center team in daily tasks.
- Support the company to improve their monitoring reports and to develop new power BI dashboards and Power Applications.
Required Qualifications
Following are the requirements for the role of Data Analytics Intern – Customer Service Operations at Siemens Healthineers:
- Candidate should be studying Management Information Systems, business informatics, or a related course of study.
- No experience is needed. (Still a student enrolled at a University in UAE).
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products, especially Power BI, Power Apps and Excel is a must.
- Expertise in databases, VBA programming.
Other Requirements
- Is available for at least 6 months, preferably longer.
- Open minded, communicative and have organizational skills.
- Have an affinity for digitalization and process optimization.
- His / her way of working is reliable, independent, and structured.
