About the Role
Muna British Academy in Abu Dhabi is seeking an outstanding Data Administrator to join the school with an immediate start. Additionally, this full-time administrative position involves supporting the Secondary Leadership Team with data management, communications, and administrative tasks. Furthermore, the school has relocated to a state-of-the-art campus in the prestigious Saadiyat Lagoons community and is expanding its secondary provision. This is an exciting opportunity to join the highly successful Aldar family of schools.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Administrator, you will attend administration team meetings and type and brand official documents and letters to secondary parents. Moreover, you will receive, direct, and respond to emails on behalf of the Secondary Leadership Team while liaising with teaching and non-teaching staff. In addition, you will maintain up-to-date records for all secondary pupils on Engage and assist with the preparation of parent-teacher conferences. Furthermore, you will be responsible for all communications to secondary parents including homework notifications and educational visit information. You will also arrange cover for secondary teachers in times of absence and ensure all fire registers are up to date and accurate.
Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate must hold O-Levels, NVQ, High School Diploma, or equivalent with an attested certificate. Additionally, iSAMS training and knowledge is required for this position. Moreover, a minimum of one to two years of experience working in a school setting is essential. Furthermore, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, good literacy skills, and an excellent command of English, with the ability to speak Arabic being an advantage. Initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a team are also required.
